(UPDATE: May 22 @ 4:30 pm) - At least one of the stolen flower pots from Dilworth Green on Leckie Road has been returned.

KelownaNow was sent video of the pot being placed back in front of the building and it appears that there was a note attached, although we don't know what it says.

The resident who sent in the second video said social media was to thank for the flower pot being returned.

(Original story: May 22 @ 12:05 pm) - Residents are appealing for help after finding security footage that appears to show a man stealing flower pots.

It was recorded at about 11 pm on Wednesday night.

A KelownaNow reader said at least two units had flower pots stolen at Dilworth Green, which is on Leckie Road.

They asked that anyone else with security footage check it for a licence plate number.

In the footage, a heavy-set man in a white T-shirt can be seen walking onto the property, picking up a flower pot and taking it back to an idling car.

He appears to have tattoos on his left arm.

The reader asks that residents check for any other missing items.

If you know anything about this incident, get in touch with the Kelowna RCMP.
