Vehicle flees scene after crashing into Fortis box

Police are asking for public assistance in an unsolved case that caused extensive damage. 

On June 10, a red Dodge Dakota crashed into a Fortis box on Dilworth Drive in Kelowna.

The accident caused significant property damage to the electrical box and the property of the Dilworth YMCA. 

The vehicle took off shortly after and unfortunately no licence plate was obtained on camera. 

Crimestoppers is hoping to identify the vehicle and possibly the driver. 

If you know of anyone that has a similar vehicle with new damage on it, call the RCMP or Crime Stoppers at 1800 222 TIPS (8477).
