A boat visiting a Kelowna beach has been pounded and filled with water from the gusty storm brewing in the Okanagan.

A KelownaNow reporter at Rotary Beach discovered a boat filled to the brim with water from Okanagan Lake.

Several recreational and pontoon boats docked onto the shore once the wind picked up but the now waterlogged boat didn't make it to the shoreline.
