YLW breaks passenger records for the month of June

The Kelowna International Airport (YLW) passenger numbers continue to climb, breaking monthly records for 2017.

YLW broke records for the month of June again after welcoming 143,008 passengers.

Last year’s numbers for June were 135,069 passengers. That means a 5.9% increase for June, according to the YLW.

Currently, the monthly record for passengers remains at 173,504 in March of this year, making it the month to beat.
