A Kelowna-born fighter is taking the octagon next month in Las Vegas.
Sarah Moras will take on Vanessa Melo at UFC Fight Night on Nov. 7 at the UFC APEX.
Moras comes into the fight with a record of 6-7. She will have a tough matchup against the 10-8 Melo.
The women's bantamweight fight is the co-main event. The main event is the heavyweight bout between the 21-7 Thiago Santos and the 31-7 Glover Teixeira.
"Looks like it's announced," wrote Moras. "I'll be fighting Vanessa Melo in a few short weeks!"
