Kelowna junior curlers nab silver medals at BC Winter Games

The BC Winter Games wrapped up in Vernon on Sunday and several young Kelowna curlers returned to the Central Okanagan with hardware around their neck.

Both the boys and girls teams representing the Kelowna Curling Club’s junior program won silver medals at the Games.

Team Jaeger played in the boys final against Team Beck from Vernon and Salmon Arm, while Team Rempel played in the girls final against Team Arndt from Vernon.
