With four games to go in the Okanagan Sun’s season, a win this weekend would nearly guarantee the team a playoff spot.

They’re currently four points clear of the Valley Huskers for the final playoff spot in the CJFL’s British Columbia Conference.

With a win over the Huskers on Sunday, the Sun would push themselves to six points ahead of the Fraser Valley-based team with just three games to play in the regular season.

Heading into Sunday’s game at the Apple Bowl, which will kick off at 1 pm, the Sun have to be feeling good about themselves after a 38-9 win in Kamloops last weekend.

“Sunday afternoon games have long been a tradition at the Apple Bowl,” said Mike Botterill, team president.

“This is the final day of summer and the Sun are counting on your support as the regular season winds down.”

Is there any better way to spend a Sunday than with the family at the Apple Bowl?

Tickets are available for $15 and students only pay $10.
