The West Kelowna Warriors Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club is pleased to announce forward Tyler Cristall’s commitment to St Lawrence University for the 2021-22 season.

Cristall, 17, is currently registering 6 goals and 11 assists this season spent with both the Warriors and the Chilliwack Chiefs. Since being acquired by the Warriors earlier this season, Cristall’s play blew up averaging a point a game.

“We are very happy for Tyler and his family,” stated Warriors General Manager and Head Coach Brandon West.

“St Lawrence showed a great deal of interest in Tyler and all parties feel confident that he will be a big piece to their offense when he heads to the NCAA. We’re so proud of him to achieve this great accomplishment.”

Cristall knew St Lawrence University would be a great fit. “When I went on my visit it just felt like home. They made me feel like a part of there family,” stated Cristall.

“I have to thank my coaches, my family and all my friends for always believing in me and helping me get to this point.”

Tyler Cristall and the rest of the West Kelowna Warriors will travel to Trail to take on the Smoke Eaters Friday night. Puck drop at 7:00pm from Cominco Arena.
