Local indie outfit, Post-Modern Connection (PMC,) haven’t been together long but upon hearing their music you’d think they’d been creating together for decades.

Full of soul, tinted with jazz, zested with R&B and a sprinkle of fuzz-ridden psych, the group incorporates the styles they enjoy most into one heart-felt fusion.

KelownaNow sat down with Tega and Georges of PMC to talk about their blooming career, influences, hopes for the future and more!

The group recently released their newest single, “Memories”, an anthemic track that explores the depth of grief and loss. Despite it’s heavier theme, “Memories,” is infectious, bright and enticing thanks to the musical mosaic that is PMC’s sound.

Easing you in, the song will float you down a river of sombre emotions before pushing you through the rapids to meet anticipation, excitement and ultimately, a rush of relief.

Watch their brand new video for the track below!

You can follow along with PMC through their Facebook or Instagram, and listen to them on any major streaming service.
