Kendrick Lamar coming to B.C. with ScHoolboy Q, SZA, Jay Rock and more

An all star hip hop lineup is coming to Vancouver in May.

Top Dawg Entertainment announced “TDE: THE CHAMPIONSHIP TOUR” on Monday morning, which features Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, SZA, Jay Rock, Ab-Soul, Lance Skiiiwalker and SiR.

More names are expected to be added to the lineup in the coming months.

The tour starts at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on May 4 before wrapping up in Pittsburgh, PA in June.

On Tuesday, American Express cardholders will have access to presale tickets for certain dates of the tour, including the Vancouver stop.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday at noon.

Kendrick Lamar’s critically acclaimed album “DAMN.” was one of the biggest albums of 2017 and earned the 30-year-old seven Grammy nominations.

SZA’s long-awaited debut album “Ctrl” also came out last year, earning her five Grammy nominations of her own.
