With summer quickly approaching, sunshine filled afternoons, picturesque views, chilled drinks and live music in the outdoors are not too far away.

If only there was a place you could go to find all of the above-mentioned things... Oh wait, there is!

Rock The Lake (RTL) is set to return for another rockin’ weekend from August 9 to 11.

The fourth edition of the event will see thousands of attendees soaking up the sun all while reliving the glory days of Canadian classic rock – with a few American surprises!

Featuring a line up comprised of legendary, genre-spanning acts like 54-40, Pat Travers and Quiet Riot along with RTL alumni Trooper, The Headpins, Honeymoon Suite and Streetheart — 2019 is shaping up to be a year of head-banging and horn-raising fun.

Sounds pretty sweet, doesn’t it? Wait, it gets better!

The all ages music festival also brings in a host of local food vendors and has ice-cold drinks, misting stations and shade readily available.

Most of those who have attended in the last three years likely already have their ticket, but if you’re a first-timer looking to dive headfirst into a weekend of rock and roll there's still time to snag yours!

Weekend passes are available online now through the Select Your Tickets website for just $160.

If you can’t quite commit to three days of festival fun then, first of all, my deepest sympathies and, secondly, here is the schedule of bands set to hit the stage each day to help make your day pass decision a little bit easier to make.

Friday, Aug 9 - $55

Saturday, Aug 10 - $65

Sunday, Aug 11 - $65

Get ready to Rock the Lake with the rest of the rad crew set to attend. We will see you there!
