UPDATE: Okanagan teen missing since April has been found

(UPDATE: June 25 @ 1:45 p.m.) - Vernon RCMP have informed the media that Aislynn Hanson has been found.

The 18-year-old is "safe and sound," with no word on what caused her disappearance. 

(Original story: April 20 @ 12:15 p.m.) - RCMP in the North Okanagan are looking for a missing Vernon teen.

Aislynn Hanson was last seen a week ago, on April 13.

The 18-year-old is known to travel throughout B.C. by way of hitchhiking and police are very concerned for her health and well-being.

She may also present herself by the alias name of Alice Hendricks.

Hanson is described as an 5’6” Caucasian woman with blonde hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a blue knitted toque, beige coloured pajamas and dark or grey coloured slip on shoes.
