Vernon RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Ashton Creek resident.

Police haven’t said when Lisa Ruigrok went missing, but have reportedly followed up on several leads and possible sighting with no success since that time.

There’s a lot of concern for her well being and friends and family report that it’s out of character for her to remain out of contact for so long.

Ruigrok is described as a 52-year-old Caucasian female who is 5’5” with brown hair and eyes.

She's affiliated with a burgundy Pontiac Montana mini-van with BC plate EN0 72L

Anyone who might have seen Ruigrok, or is aware of her whereabouts, is asked to contact their local police.

You can also report tips anonymously to Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-8477.
