Each weekend we'll compile a list of five or more things you need to know about. Whether it's community events, treats you have to try, killer sales or where to find some dance-worthy live music, we've got you covered on activities you need to KNow to make the most of your weekend.

Body Soul Spirit Expo

The first annual Body Soul Spirit Expo is coming to the Kelowna Curling Club this weekend. The event will bring with it 75 different exhibitors and 40 guest lectures to offer attendees a look into a holistic lifestyle, alternative healing, wellness and much more.

The event carries on from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

MS Bike Okanagan Experience 

The Annual Ms Bike Okanagan Experience is Back this Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and will see riders pedal off with the goal of raising funds and awareness for MS research. Participants will cycle around the Okanagan hitting up different wineries over the next two days.

Registration is still open or you can pop by RONA on Saturday morning to help send them on their way!

Kelowna Parkinson SuperWalk

The Parkinson SuperWalk is back for another year this Saturday Morning to Waterfront Park.

The annual event welcomes attendees to walk together in support of those battling Parkinson's Disease, in addition to raising funds and awareness for the Parkinson Society of British Columbia. Registration opens at 9 a.m. with the nearly 1 k.m. walk kicking off at 10 a.m.! 

Dirty Mutter

Are you a dog lover? If so, you won’t want to miss out on the very first Tough Mutter event this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. up in Black Mountain.

Come watch as these tough doggos and their owners conquer a 2.5 km mud-ridden obstacle course all the while raising funds for Paws It Forward!

Endless Summer Car Show

The Endless Summer Car Show rolls into Summerland’s Memorial Park this Sunday at 8 a.m. bringing with it vehicles of all makes, models and eras for you to feast your eyes on. Attendees can also expect live music, door prizes and refreshments until 4 p.m.

Carry on with the car-themed fun on Sunday by attending an all Electric Car Show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on McCurdy Corner.

The event will host electric powered vehicles of all kinds, and those of you with your own, you can even join in as the convoy ventures out for a trip to Peachland and back!

Walk Of Hope

Ovarian Cancer Canada’s Walk of Hope returns this Sunday to Mission Creek Park starting at 8 a.m. The event welcomes all to join in on a 2.5km or 5 km walk around Mission Creek Park to raise awareness, support and funds for Ovarian Cancer research.

Registration is still open online and will also be open on the day of.
