Your Kelowna dream home may be way out of your budget, but there is another way.

Tickets are now on sale for the 2019 Choices Lottery, which supports the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, and there are two Kelowna homes available as grand prizes.

The first is a home in Quail Ridge, while the second is part of a two-home package that includes a home in downtown Kelowna and South Surrey.

“The home at Quail Ridge in Kelowna is over 2,600 square feet, and it is located in the exclusive gated community of Country Club Estates,” explained Erin Cebula, Choices Lottery celebrity spokesperson.

“Some of the highlights include an elevator, five-bay garage, 42-inch linear fireplace in the living room, and mountain views!”

If you’re looking to get your hands on some Lower Mainland real estate, the two-home package is for an apartment at One Water Street in downtown Kelowna and a townhouse in South Surrey.

Along with those two options, the grand prize winner will also have their choice of homes in South Surrey, Victoria or another two-home package between Vancouver and Squamish.

“I am thrilled at this year’s Choices Lottery grand prize show home packages. The homes are fabulously designed, are located in beautiful locations, and have gorgeous finishings,” said Cebula.

There's also an eighth option, which is foregoing any of the homes and taking home a cool $2.2-million cash prize.

All money raised from the 2019 Choices Lottery goes towards funding research that leads to innovative discoveries and treatments at BC Children’s Hospital.

Hundreds of researchers are already pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, but lottery funds help accelerate the pace of turning discoveries into life-saving treatments.

“The funds raised help to enhance care for the one million kids across BC and the Yukon who count on us,” said Teri Nicholas, president and CEO of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

“We want to provide our children with the best possible health care, and to do this we need the resources to fund extensive research, innovative programs and cutting-edge equipment.”

There are different types of tickets and prizes available in the 2019 Choices Lottery and you can learn more about them by clicking this link.

Tickets are available until April 11, 2019.
