An award-winning Okanagan custom home builder is expanding its operations and will now service customers in Kelowna.
Bercum Builders has been based out of Vernon for 35 years, doing work all over the North Okanagan, Shuswap and into the Central Okanagan as well.
Now, a new home base in Kelowna will allow the company to truly meet the demands of clients in Kelowna.
“The expansion to serve the Kelowna market is what our clients have been asking for,” said Darren Witt, president of Bercum Builders.
“We have extremely happy clients, and they keep asking us when are we coming to Kelowna so their friends can have the same experience.”
Bercum Builders won gold in the ‘Single Family Detached Home $500,000 - $750,000’ and ‘Kitchen renovation $80,000 and under’ categories at the 2019 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence.
The custom home builder has also seen success at the Georgie Awards, which take place in Vancouver every year.
