People's Party of Canada leader Maxime Bernier will be making several stops in the Okanagan and Kamloops this week.
The politician is scheduled to speak at several locations, beginning in Penticton on Thursday before visiting Kelowna, Vernon and Kamloops.

Bernier has been outspoken against lockdown measures, masks and vaccine passports during the COVID-19 pandemic.
He last visited the BC Interior in 2019 while campaigning for the PPC during the federal election.
The right-wing party was started by Bernier after he quit the federal Conservative party.
The PPC ran candidates in 315 of the country's 328 ridings in the 2019 election, winning 1.6% of the vote nationally.
During the election, Bernier lost his seat in the House of Commons after failing to win his riding in Beauce, Quebec, which he had held since 2006.
