UPDATE: Missing Okanagan teen found 'safe and sound'

(UPDATE: May 24 @ 6:05 am) - Angelo Manuel Hodgson has been found.

Police said the 13-year-old was "safe and sound."

An appeal for information about the missing teenager was put out by the North Okanagan RCMP on Saturday.

His image has been removed from this story for privacy reasons.


(Original story: May 21 @ 8 am) - Police in the Okanagan are on the lookout for a missing teenager. 

According to RCMP, Angelo Manuel Hodgson has not been seen since Thursday. He is believed to be in the Vernon area. 

The 13-year-old is described as a 5'3," 120-lb Indigenous boy with black hair and brown eyes. 

Police do not know what he was last wearing when he disappeared.
