Some Okanagan movie theatres reopening next week

Several Landmark movie theatres across the province will be reopening next week starting Tuesday, June 15.

This will operate in accordance with step 2 of BC's reopening plan, governing movie theatres and all local health regulations.

The reopening theatres in the Okanagan region include:

Unfortunately, the West Kelowna Encore Theatre will not be reopening at this time.

Despite the reopening, the provincial mask mandate will remain in place at the theatres, with moviegoers permitted to remove their masks once they are at their seats. 

Landmark also requests that guests respect their community by still abiding by COVID-19 guidelines, and to stay at home if they experience any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
