If you’re looking for a great Okanagan wedding venue, the region’s latest spot might tickle your fancy.

My Garden Wedding in Lake Country overlooks Kalamalka and it’s set to open with four open air event spaces on Sunday, July 14.

“The Moongate and Inverted Chapel designed by artist Ian Donn are uniquely beautiful and completely customizable with your colours, personality and decor,” says a release.

“There is also a Greenhouse and a Wild At Heart viewpoint for elopements and intimate events. This Garden Oasis is truly a sight to see and a much needed addition to the Okanagan community”

With parking for 120 guests and the ability to accommodate many more than that on site, the venue promises a memorable spot for not just weddings, but other events as well.

There won’t be any weddings on Sunday, however, because My Garden Wedding is hosting a free grand opening event.

From 1-5 p.m., there will be entertainment, event styling, live music, prize giveaways, games, food, beverages and more on site.

If you’re not feeling social on Sunday, you can simply come for a tour of the new space at any point between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
