Have you ever wondered what the Okanagan Lake looked like in the 1950s? Well, here is a little peek.

In a video posted to YouTube by "Reel Life" on Friday, a diver is preparing to go into the lake to do some labour work. The footage is apparently from 1958, just outside of Kelowna.

Featured in the video are shots of the lake, mountains, train tracks, and a lake barge. The commercial diver is equipped with a hydraulically-powered saw, oxygen tank, and mask as he dives into the deep.

Neat!
