Penticton RCMP seized a large load of illegal cigarettes on Tuesday, March 24.
According to police, the 60 cartons of illegal cigs were located after a pro-active traffic stop in a parking lot near Industrial Avenue and Main Street.

Officers found the estimated $6,000 worth of cigarettes in the vehicle's trunk.
The investigation is on-going and charges are being considered.
