Hello there, my name is Neo! I am a handsome, people-pleasing boy who just adores humans.
Born on the streets of Mexico, I like to think I am the result of the best combination of doggy DNA including some Retriever and a touch of Boxer perhaps.
When I was first rescued I was just a 4 month old puppy who was found wandering around a Mexican train station.
I must have been pretty darn cute, because I was quickly adopted and brought to Canada to live with my new human family. It didn’t take long for me to realise that being a Canadian pet is like winning the lottery. I have everything I could ever want here.
My people are great and I love them to bits, but I know they worry about me sometimes. You see, I sometimes get a little bit scared of things like loud traffic nor crowds or kids. It’s because there are lots of kids around here that they feel it would be best for me to find another home.
I am such a happy, loving dog that I know there is someone out there who will want to adopt me!

I am 2 1/2 years old and weigh 60lb
Personality description
My mom thinks I am beautiful and smart and she is sure people will fall in love with me, just like she did. I love to play and hang out with my family. I also love blueberries, as strange as it may sound! I take a lot of pleasure in a single blueberry and I can make it last a long time.
Suitability
It would be great if I could find a quieter adult-only home with people who would enjoy going for walks and playing fetch with me. I would probably be fine sharing a home with another confident dog, around my size or larger.
Right now my two best friends are Labs and we love to jump in the car and go places with our people sitting up front. And if you’re wondering what I’m like when I’m left alone in the house, you needn’t worry. I am just fine left to wander around or snooze until you come home, so crating is not necessary and nor would I like it.
