NowMedia is delighted to introduce its newest reporter.

Steve MacNaull brings with him a mighty reserve of experience, having worked as a reporter in Kelowna for 33 years.

He spent 25 of those years working for the Daily Courier, where he covered his fair share of fires, floods and prime ministerial visits.

But he’s also done plenty of stories about the things that make the Okanagan tick – its entrepreneurs, wineries and proud residents.

"I'm stoked to be joining NowMediaGroup and continue to do what I love most, which is storytelling," Steve said.

"Plus, I get to work with talented people and out of incredible offices on the 16th floor of the Landmark 6 building."

Steve will be specializing in business coverage at NowMedia.

He’ll also be applying his decades of experience to writing features for both the Level Up and Faces of Kelowna magazines.

But when he’s not writing, Steve enjoys hiking, waterskiing and sampling wines with his wife, Kerry.

He also likes to spend time with his two children: Alex, who works at UBC Okanagan, and Grace, who’s studying environmental sciences in Victoria.
