Coroner Identifies Man Killed in Whistler Hotel Room

The BC Coroners Service has identified the man who died in a Whistler hotel room following an incident on January 20th, 2015.

Port Coquitlam resident Damon William Campbell, 45, was found unresponsive in a hotel room in Whistler at around 3:00 a.m. He was transferred to the Whistler Health Centre but could not be resuscitated.

No information about how Campbell died has been released to the public but The BC Coroners Service, the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) and the Independent Investigations Office (IIO) continue to investigate this death. No arrests have been made.
