A Vancouver man battling cancer is selling unconditional love for $0.

In a world where almost everything comes at a cost and heavy importance weighs on materials things, it’s easy to be swept away in sea of money and affection for inanimate objects. But Brice Royer of Vancouver is reconnecting humanity with nature, one Craigslist post at a time.

Royer posted an ad to Craigslist, selling unconditional love. So what do you get for $0?

“Infinite square feet lot. Includes refreshing air, sunshine, the Earth, beautiful mountains and the ocean. A stunning 'classic' heritage made 4.5 billion years ago,” read the witty post.

“Available now to serious buyers. Perfect for the first-time buyer and experienced investors feeling empty and trapped with stress and pressure to maximize Return on Investment because of family and stakeholders expectation.”

Whether you’re religious or believe in the spiritual properties of Mother Earth, the beauty of our world is public domain, explained Royer.

He’s only accepting cash payments of $0 and also hoping interested buyers will re-sell unconditional love for a profit of $0.

The Vancouver intended post was spontaneous, said Royer.

“I thought it’ll brighten up their day since Vancouver is the second most expensive city in the world,” read a Facebook post by Royer.

Since posting the ad, Royer has received several inquiries and positive responses, as well, the ad has been viewed over a million times.
