Multi-Vehicle Crash on Okanagan Connector

Emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle crash Saturday night on the Okanagan Connector.

Snow was coming down Saturday night when crews responded to the multi-vehicle incident between Loon Lake Road and Elkhart, an area about 45 km east of Merritt. Pictures on social media show a silver vehicle partway down a bank and recovery crews responding. Drivers were warned to watch for lane closures and to slow down for crews.

The cause of the incident and any potential injuries are not yet known.
