A mother and her three children are missing and were last seen in the Merritt area.

Monica Jacob and her three children were reported missing to the Merritt RCMP on Thursday, Aug. 25. The investigation has determined that Jacob was last seen on Thursday afternoon at a home on the Coldwater Reserve, near Merritt.

She was with her three children, 7-year-old Lovely Jacob, 5-year-old Ethan Jacob and 1-year-old Kathyanne Noltcho.

According to RCMP, Jacob has family ties to Saskatchewan and it is possible she may be heading in that direction.
