If you may have an old lottery ticket lying around, you should probably take a look.

It is now the last week for the person holding a $1 million winning Lotto Max ticket from the October 30, 2015 draw to claim their prize.

A ticket was sold in Burnaby for the draw and matched 7/7 numbers, qualifying for a $1 million Maxmillions prize.

BCLC is reminding lottery players to check their pockets, drawers and secret hiding places to see if they hold the $1 million ticket.

If you do, you have until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28 to claim your prize at the BCLC corporate office in Kamloops or Vancouver.

A total of four major prizes have gone unclaimed in B.C. since 2006, totaling just over half a million dollars.
