As the price of admission to Canadian universities continues to rise so does the popularity of services such as Seeking Arrangement.

More than 300,000 students in Canada are utilizing the website with hopes of connecting with a wealthy benefactor willing to fund their education.

The arrangements generally involve full disclosure of relationship and financial expectations at the start and there are incentives for people who sign up with university email addresses.

In response to Seeking Arrangement's popularity with students, the website has released a list of the “fastest growing” sugar baby schools in the county for 2018.

The list features several popular BC universities, including the University of British Columbia, where 359 students registered for the service last year.

“Sugar Baby students in Canada receive an average monthly allowance of $2,925, which is double the amount that could be earned working a part-time job at the national minimum wage,” stated the company's report.
