BC man fined $3K for killing a cow moose out of season

The BC Conservation Officer Service announced today that a B.C. man was fined in relation to a 2017 incident.

On Monday a Salmon Arm man pled guilty to the charges against him.

The man was fined $3,000 and was required to forfeit two of his firearms.

The BC CO Service said that they originally responded to the 2017 incident after receiving a tip from the public.
