The list of ladies fighting for Peter Weber’s heart on the upcoming season of The Bachelor have been revealed.

Only one of them is from north of the 49th parallel and she resides right here in British Columbia.

Her name is Mykenna Dorn, she’s 22-years-old and she’s a fashion blogger from Langley.

"I want the good and the bad. I want to laugh, be goofy and be spontaneous with my person, but I also want a relationship where we challenge each other. I don't want an easy love,” says her bio on The Bachelor website.

It’s all about family for Dorn, who says she’s constantly inspired by her grandparents’ 61-year relationship that began with a proposal on the first date.

Her bio adds that she has been in one relationship that ended “when he became too controlling” and, despite her young age, she’s looking for love.

The Langley native is “obsessed” with Grey’s Anatomy and says her dream job is to start her own charity.

Dorn is one of two 22-year-olds trying to win the heart of 28-year-old Peter Weber on season 24 of The Bachelor, while the rest of the cast ranges from ages 23 to 31.

The journey will begin with a three-hour season premiere on Jan. 6, 2020.
