British Columbia’s newest music festival has arrived with a bang.

The first ever Coast City Country Festival is set for April 19-20, 2024, at BC Place in Vancouver and the inaugural lineup was released today.

It features a trio of headliners that are some of the biggest names in country and rock, as Luke Bryan, Nickelback and Dierks Bentley will all grace the BC Place stage that weekend.

The undercard is nothing to scoff at either, with Bailey Zimmerman, Brett Young, Walker Hayes, Elle King, Nate Smith, Josh Ross and plenty others.

“As a huge music fan, I am stoked that Vancouver will be hosting the Coast City Country Festival,” said the city’s mayor, Ken Sim. “This is an insane lineup of talent, and I am thrilled to be welcoming them to our city.”

While the main portion of the festival will take place over two jam-packed days at BC Place, there is also an element of Coast City Country that will happen at one of Vancouver’s most iconic music venues.

Commodore Ballroom Late Nights will feature performances from Kameron Marlowe, Travis Denning, The War and Treaty, Meghan Patrick, Owen Riegling and Teigen Gayse between April 18-20.

It won’t be just music at Coast City Country either, as organizers promise a “variety of exciting experiences” throughout Vancouver over three days.

That includes street parties and stages, an in-stadium craft beer and whiskey fest, an outdoor BBQ smokehouse and roadhouses.

The main event at BC Place is expected to host upwards of 75,000 fans, which means the city will certainly be abuzz that weekend.

A two-day pass to the festival can cost as little as $79 plus fees, which is for reserved seats inside BC Place, with floor passes costing closer to $500 for the full two days.

Presale begins on Wednesday and you can learn more about the festival, ticket prices and hotel packages by visiting the Coast City Country website.
