DriveBC is reporting that a detour is now available through Midway.
The next update is anticipated at 3:30 p.m.

(Original story: 7:45 a.m.) - Highway 3 has been shut down 2 kilometres east of Midway.
The closure is due to a vehicle incident, which occurred shortly after 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
