RCMP renews appeal for BC man who went missing 1 year ago

British Columbia Mounties have renewed their appeal for help to find a man who went missing a year ago. 

Searl Smith was last seen on Feb. 17, 2019. 

He was near Langley Memorial Hospital. 

Police said he most recently lived in Creston, but had previously lived on Vancouver Island. 

Officers provided the following description of Smith: 

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey hoodie and a baseball cap.
