A group of Vancouver residents had enough of COVID-19 as they held a quarantine protest in the city on Sunday.
Dan Dicks took to Twitter to share a video that showed over a dozen people meeting outside of a Save-On-Foods. Dicks' post received 1.5 million views, 18,000 likes, 8,500 replies, and 8,200 retweets.

In addition to all the interactions, Dicks' hashtag "#EndTheLockdown" started trending in Canada.
"Alright guys, we're here in downtown Vancouver for a massive march against tyranny," said Dicks. "Look at all the people."
"A number of Vancouverites aren't drinking the Kool-Aid and they're getting out and they're getting together here to show the world that we're not okay with unlawful orders and quarantines and lockdowns."

While Dicks received support from some, many social media users were outraged over the protest. Vancouver's own Seth Rogen responded to the tweet, which has received over 13,000 likes.

The Government of Canada has urged all residents to stay inside their homes as much as possible during the Pandemic. Residents are asked to practice social distancing, limit contact with people, and always use proper hygiene.
