At age 92, Wilfred Roach, is ready to part with the family estate on Okanagan Lake for an incredible $9.3 million.
Roach, an engineer by trade who made his fortune in Alberta oil and gas before going on to a lucrative career in investing in businesses, has owned the 5.4-acre property for almost 50 years and had the main house built in 1989.
