Beverly Hills? West Vancouver? How about the heart of Lake Country?

The 5,600 square foot home featuring five bedrooms and six bathrooms sold for $5 million after only 23 days on the market.

"This architectural masterpiece is set on .334 acres, offering sleek, modern finishes and 73 feet of sandy shoreline on Wood Lake," reads the listing from selling agent Scott Marshall.

Outside, the home offers a patio complete with kitchen, pool and hot tub.

A gym, lake view office and triple garage boasting a 720 square foot legal above it are also featured.

"A small cabin sat on the property until it was purchased in 2014, and the new owners went to work building this beautiful home before it was completed in 2018," said Marshall.

"It was previously listed last year at under $4 million, but with the lakeshore market performing so well, we decided to relist at $5.25 million. I'm very happy with this sale in under 4 weeks."

According to BC Assessment, the property was valued at just over $3 million in 2020.

Lake Country also happens to be home to BC Assessment's highest valued property in the Okanagan.

That home sits on Pixton Road in Carrs Landing and was assessed at a cool $10.7 million.
