In this episode of Rick and Friends, Rick Maddison is joined by Dino Padula, the sales manager of National Seating and Mobility Canada.
National Seating and Mobility is the largest medical supplier in BC and the second largest in Canada.
“Whatever you need to make your mobility and life easier, we have a product for that, whether it just be a sprained ankle to a spinal cord injury,” Padula explains.
Padula has been in the industry for 27 years and has been in a wheelchair himself for his entire life.
He says the accessibility in Kelowna is lacking with its parking.
“It’s not just putting a handicap sign up in a stall. You need to remove one stall because two stalls is the reality of a wheelchair parking spot.”
