UPDATE: Hwy 33 clear after ‘vehicle incident’

(UPDATE @ 3:20 p.m.): The incident on Hwy 33 has been cleared, according to DriveBC. 

(Original @ 11:50 a.m.): Hwy 33 is down to one lane of alternating traffic at McCulloch Lake Road.

DriveBC attributes the closure to a “vehicle incident.”

Details on what that incident may be and how many vehicles are involved are not currently available.

There’s no detour in place at this time and DriveBC will provide the next update before noon.
