UPDATE: Hwy 3 reopens east of Princeton

(UPDATE: Jan. 18 @ 8:11 am): The highway has now been reopened. 

DriveBC warned drivers to expected minor delays.

(Original story: Jan. 18 @ 6:23 am): Hwy 3 is closed in both directions this morning. 

A vehicle incident near Hedley Nickle Plate Road, just east of Princeton, is to blame.  

An assessment is in progress, according to Drive BC. 

An update is expected at about 7:30 am.
