UPDATE: Hwy 3 reopens after vehicle incident west of Keremeos

(Update @ 2 p.m.): Hwy 3 has now reopened after a closure earlier this afternoon. 

(Original story @ 12:45 p.m.): Hwy 3 has been closed in both directions after a vehicle incident west of Keremeos.

The incident occurred between Scott Ave and Keremeos and is affecting 29.4 kilometres of the road.

It is estimated to re-open at 2 p.m.

Alternative routes are available via Hwy 3A and Hwy 5A.
