(Original story: Aug. 8 @ 5:25 am): Drivers have been warned of major delays along Hwy 1 after a multi-vehicle incident in Tappen.
The road was closed in both directions earlier this morning but is now open to single-lane alternating traffic between Bolton Road and Tappen Beach Road.
