Motorists have been warned about reports that cars have had their tires blown out along Hwy 97C.

DriveBC said a piece of metal – an angle iron – is reportedly causing trouble on the westbound lanes of the Connector 20 kilometres west of Summerland.

A crew is en route to deal with the problem, the agency explained.

In the meantime, DriveBC advises drivers to slow down and use caution.
