Newborns need a lot of sleep, but it isn’t always easy to get your little one to rest.

Pam Edwards-Wipf, a sleep consultant based in the BC Interior, suggests the following sleep amounts as long as your baby is gaining weight properly, healthy, and has no other medical concerns:
