UPDATE: Missing Vernon teen found 'safe and well'

(UPDATE: Oct. 11 @ 11 am) - Leah Gabriella Pahlke has been found.

Police said the 16-year-old Vernon resident is "safe and well."

She was reported missing on Oct. 1.

(Original story: Oct. 1 @ 8 am) - Mounties in the North Okanagan are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old from Vernon.

Leah Gabriella Pahlke was last seen in Vernon on Monday, Sept. 26.

Police say all efforts to locate Pahlke have been unsuccessful and police are hoping a member of the community may have information about her location.
