Central Okanagan Similkameen Nicola MP Dan Albas has a new role in the Conservative Party of Canada's shadow cabinet and it allows him to continue to push on a favourite topic of his.

As shadow Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, Albas vows to continue to push for BC wineries to be able to sell directly to customers across the country despite push-back from most provinces. Albas says the Federal Government could force the hand of provinces which have been standing in the way.

Albas paid us a visit at KelownaNow to update what he's been up to and where he expects his new responsibilities to take him.
