VIDEO: Emergency officials working to get ahead of flooding in Kelowna

Sandbags aren't much help to a home that's already flooded. 

That's why emergency officials are working so hard to protect properties along Mill Creek in Kelowna. 

Crews are taking advantage of a local state of emergency to get as much protection in place as possible while that creek and others continue to rise.  We spoke with Bruce Smith from the Emergency Operations Centre Monday for the latest.
