Aspiring carpenters, electricians and plumbers have a new, state of the art, training facility in Kelowna.  

The new Trades Training House is now open at Okanagan College's Kelowna campus and students were working away while dignitaries marked the official opening.

The 27 hundred sq. foot building cost just over $1 million, with the costs shared 3 ways between the federal government, the college and industry donors.
