Kelowna singer and musician Rick Worrall loves John Denver. And lucky for him, so do a lot of people. That's why his successful debut last year, he's bringing back An Evening of John Denver: A Rocky Mountain High Christmas.

Once again, Worrall is teaming up with the same man who arranged and conducted for John Denver, Lee Holdridge, and the Okanagan Symphony for the performance.

Joining Worrall will be his brother, Steve, and their band with guests Justin Moore, Melina Schein and Gwen Plitt with the RMH Youth Choir.

The event is November 28-30 at the Kelowna Community Theatre. And there will be more John Denver events next year across the country.

It's a chance to reminisce or even sing along to favourites like Annie's Song and Country Roads, along with some of Denver's best known Christmas songs from Rocky Mountain Christmas and the Muppet Christmas Special.

A portion of every ticket sold will go to support the Boys and Girls Club of the Okanagan and the Central Okanagan Food Bank with their Christmas Campaigns.
